Getting started

Create an account with email, Apple, or Google — or tap Continue as guest to start right away and add an email later from Settings.

Adding an expense or income

Tap add, enter an amount, and save — that's it. Kial keeps the first step minimal. You can add detail when you want it (below).

Adding detail (only if you want)

On an expense or income you can attach a merchant, a category, a recurrence, or a budget link using lightweight tokens — no big forms. Skip them and the entry still works.

Scanning a receipt

Tap scan and take a photo of a receipt. Kial reads it and pre-fills the amount, merchant, and items. Review the details, then save. Scanning may not be perfect — double-check before saving.

Budgets, savings & recurring

• Budgets: set a spending limit per category or overall, per period.
• Savings: create goals with a target and (optionally) planned contributions.
• Recurring: set up repeating expenses or income and Kial adds them on schedule.

Customizing your home screen

Your home is built from widgets you choose. Add a couple for a simple overview, or many for detailed analytics — it's the same app, your way.

Your account

• Sign in with email, Apple, or Google.
• Started as a guest? Upgrade to a full account from Settings to sync and back up.
• Delete your account: Settings → Delete account removes your account and all data permanently.
